How early should I place my order?
For customised orders, we recommend placing your order as early as possible, especially for weddings, corporate events and large quantities.
Lead time depends on the design, quantity and materials required.
For larger projects, early confirmation allows us more time to prepare the details and ensure a beautiful final presentation.
Do you accept urgent or last-minute orders?
Yes, depending on availability.
We carry selected ready-made and semi-customisable gift options for customers who need something quickly.
For urgent orders, please contact our team directly so we can recommend what is currently available.
Can I order just one piece?
Yes.
We accept individual orders as well as bulk orders.
Whether you are looking for one meaningful gift or hundreds of pieces for an event, our team can recommend suitable options.
Can I make changes after confirming my order?
Minor changes may be possible if production has not yet started.
Once materials have been prepared, personalised items have been produced or production has begun, changes may be limited or subject to additional charges.
We recommend confirming all names, spellings, colours and personalisation details carefully before production.
Can I visit your showroom before ordering?
Yes.
You are welcome to visit our showroom to view selected products, materials and gift presentations in person.
For customised consultations or larger projects, we recommend contacting us before your visit so our team can prepare suitable options for you.
Customisation & Design
Do you provide customised gifts?
Yes. Customisation is one of the key parts of what we do.
Depending on the product, we can customise colours, flowers, packaging, ribbons, tags, names, logos and selected decorative details to suit your occasion.
For more detailed bespoke requests, our team will guide you based on your theme, quantity, budget and timeline.
Can I choose the colours and design?
Yes.
For customised orders, you may share your preferred colour palette, theme or inspiration.
Our team will then recommend suitable combinations based on the materials and products available.
Please note that handmade items may have slight variations, which are part of their individual character.
Will my customised item look exactly the same?
We follow the approved design as closely as handmade work allows.
Before production begins, we will prepare the final design and share the exact picture with you. Your order will then be made to follow that same design.
As each piece is handmade, there may be slight differences in the flowers. These are part of the handmade character of the piece.
Can you include our company logo?
Yes.
For suitable products, we can personalise selected items with company logos, names, event details or customised tags.
Logo application options may include UV printing, engraving, tags, cards or customised packaging depending on the product.
Do you provide gift cards or personalised messages?
Yes.
A personalised message, card or customised tag can be included depending on the gift package selected.

Corporate & Bulk Orders
Do you handle corporate and bulk orders?
Yes.
We work with companies, organisations and event teams for corporate gifting, VIP gifts, event gifts and customised presentations.
For bulk orders, we can discuss your quantity, budget, branding requirements, packaging and delivery schedule.
What is the minimum quantity for corporate orders?
The minimum quantity depends on the product and level of customisation.
Some items are available in small quantities, while fully customised packaging or specially produced items may require a higher minimum order.

Can you work within a specific budget?
Yes.
Sharing your budget helps us recommend the most suitable design, materials and presentation.
For corporate and event orders, we can suggest several options based on your target budget per gift.
Weddings & Materials
Do you offer wedding gifts and bridal arrangements?
Yes.
We create bespoke wedding gifts, hantaran arrangements, bridal bouquets, bunga telur, keepsake pieces and personalised gifts for wedding celebrations.
Many of our wedding pieces can be designed according to your colour palette and event theme.
Are your flowers fresh flowers?
Most of our signature floral creations are handmade everlasting flowers rather than fresh flowers.
Depending on the collection, we work with materials such as songket, crystal, organza and other decorative floral techniques.
These pieces are designed to be kept and remembered long after the occasion.
Delivery & Shipping
Do you provide delivery?
Yes.
Delivery can be arranged depending on your location, order size and delivery date.
Delivery charges are calculated separately and may vary based on distance, urgency and the size of the order.
For large event orders, special delivery arrangements can also be discussed.
Can you deliver directly to the recipient?
Yes.
For selected orders, we can arrange delivery directly to the recipient.
Please provide the recipient’s name, contact number, delivery address and any important delivery instructions when confirming the order.
Do you ship outside Malaysia?
International orders may be available for selected products.
Shipping suitability depends on the product, quantity, destination and packaging requirements.
